I am wondering if someone knows of a simple software or something that can decrypt QAM signal for my Hauppage TV tuner on my PC from my cable provider? They wont give me a cable card for my PC so I can only receive basic channels without the box. I have a pretty awesome media center pc setup with tuner card but cant get the encrypted channels that I pay for. Any help is greatly appreciated
