The (.Mincraft) folder is a working copy with these mods already working with a computer running (Win7 64bit, Java7) 1. ModLoader 2. Forge 3. World Edit + Single Player Comands 4. More Pistons 5. Too Many Items 6. Rail Craft 6. OptiFine HD (Improves FPS for slow computers) 7. OCD Texture Pack (also helps with slow computers) (.minecraft) and the (MineCraft Launcher.jar) files are the only ones you need to play the game the rest are just the original files that I used to install all the mods. If you would like to use it all you have to do is drop the (.mincraft) folder in to (C:UsersusernameAppDataRoaming) and put the (MineCraft Launcher.jar) file anywhere you would like to open it.
