it was just uploaded, it's always slow when it's first uploaded because no one else has a 100% complete download of the file, so you start off with let's say 1 seed which is the original uploader, then you have leechers say 100 to 1000 at least all at once trying to download the same file at the same time, in layman's terms this clogs the original source's bandwidth, this makes downloading slow, this all happens within minutes of the upload, until more people have a 100% complete download of the file and continue seeding, at which point download rates will begin to in crease. 1 seeder<100 leechers = slow, 100 seeders>1 leecher = fast. why is this concept so hard to understand?
