Have a 'right' to it... Are you off your treetop or just Barm-y?! These guys are doing the rest of us a favour- if you want customer service go buy the DVD. Get over AVI's for goodness sake- better quality for less MBs is progress. If you need a decent free player then seek out Daum PotPlayer...
