Be sure to try this distro before you install to your hard drive. Know that you will be stuck with Unity.

This is Kubuntu with KDE on board, not standard Ubuntu with Gnome & Unity.

Maybe you have connection problems? Maybe your ISP is cutting off your torrents? This is official torrent file made by Kubuntu team, tested by me on virtual machine so not fake I guess. ;-)
You can download it from Kubuntu website through HTTP also if you have problems with torrent. Good luck anyway.

Burn the "kubuntu-11.10-desktop-i386.iso" file onto a blank DVD.
Insert the DVD into the disk drive of the computer on which you want to install Kubuntu.
Windows Key + E > double click on the disk drive > double-click "wubi.exe".
You'll be able to figure out the rest from there.

  • Reporting torrents with no seeds
  • Reporting software torrents that give false readings when using a/v scans
  • Reporting torrents that you cant get to work, ie games that wont run or software that wont load properly,
    movies that have sound but no picture or vice versa
  • Reporting torrent that have trackers listed even if they are dead
