This is the nightly build, which is basically the engine itself and its required files you need to start making games.
Instructions for use:
1) Extract the jME3.zip file into a new folder somewhere.
2) Depending on your IDE, the instructions for linking this library to your application will be different. Basically, you want to reference the .jar files in the root jME3 folder and the .jar files inside of the lib folder as well.
3) If you have succesfully made a reference to the jME3 library folder, you will be able to use its contents in your application without any errors.
If you don't know what IDE to use, I recommend Netbeans (any version is fine), its great for beginners and more advanced users too.
You can also use Eclipse as well, it has more advanced plugins available that can be installed from the internet, if you need them. Eclipse is better for advanced applications that require more attention to detail.
I have used this engine personally, and its a great way to learn some 3d progamming in java. There are many tutorials on the jmonkey website, just google "jmonkey engine". It will lead you the wiki and then you can read all the tutorials and see the examples too.
