how to combine all the .zip files together into one .ipa file ??? please help

first extract the iPhone Games Collection 2012.rar file...a iPhone.rar file will be created...again extract iPhone.rar file...six folders of containing .zip files for each game will be created...open any one folder select all the .zip files and extract all...a new folder with .r01 .r02 etc and one .rar file will be created...again select all the .r01 .r02 .r03 etc and .rar files and extract to a new location like D:/games...you'll find the .ipa file for the game at the new location you selected...give a try

downloaded it... unzipped it... unzipped it..... then the games get their own folders... fine so far.... open Orc Vengeance... A crap load of zip files.... I open one.... so I get it that all the files inside the zip files are part files which need to be combined.... but how dafuq do i extract them when they require another part file which requires another part file to another.... etc to be extracted if I can't even extract one file?????
