I appreciated this 1080p launch.
But I didn't noticed much difference from the other 720p versions in my Samsung D6000.
So, I will stick with the 720p version.

the show is 720p when its released, the 1080p is just bullshit labeling to get people to dl this version.

Japan broadcast there shows in 480i and 1080i. The 1080i version is derived from stretching the show for a 1080i broadcast station. These broadcasts are known as SD. The 720p version that has become very popular by subbers is from reformatting/shrinking the 1080i version back down. Later releases such as dvd are 480p and blueray are 1080p however these version usually come much later.
