Steps to install the game:
1- Open the first DVD with power ISO and open the file ( GTAIV/Readme.txt )
2- Ignore the 9th and 10th step of the installation.
3- download crack and patch from http://www.kat.ph/gta-iv-patch-1-0-3-0-working-crack-t5217370.html
4- Copy the crack to the installation folder ex. C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV
4- Install the patch , after that when u want to play , just go to the installation folder and click on LaunchGTAIV.
There u go Folks , problems have been solved.
Btw : u gotta have the most super fast computer with the best RAM , proccesor and Display driver so u could have the best experience.

Okay, as there still seems to be lots of confusion how to install and run this great game, I'm posting a better set of instructions. I downloaded this game back in early December 2012, and I can tell you it works!!
Steps to install the game:
1. Download and install this torrent. Guys, please don't forget to SEED this great torrent, so other's can get it, as it does take time to download!! After the download is complete, you’ll find two (2) .iso files inside the folder called GTA IV DVD 1.iso and GTA IV DVD 2.iso. You MUST already have installed on your computer a virtual drive software, such as Power ISO or DAEMON Tools Lite, in order to run (mount) these two files.
2. Mount GTA IV DVD 1.iso with Power ISO or DAEMON Tools Lite (both are freeware), then find and open the file called ReadMe.txt, which will give 10 steps on how to install. If you don't know how to use a virtual harddrive software such as Power ISO or DAEMON Tools Lite, you'll not be able to properly install this game!
3. Follow the installation steps 1 through 8 in the ReadMe.txt file. Ignore the 9th and 10th step of the Readme.txt installation instructions. When it prompts you for DVD #2, you’ll just unmount GTA IV DVD 1.iso and then mount GTA IV DVD 2.iso. You’ll have to remount GTA IV DVD 1.iso at the end to finish the installation. Again, DO NOT DO STEPS 9 & 10!!
4. DON’T OPEN or TRY TO START GTA IV BEFORE INSTALLING PATCH 1.0.3.0 & CRACK!
5. Download the crack and patch from gta-iv-patch-1-0-3-0-working-crack
6. The patch & crack will be downloaded in a folder called I GTA IV PATCH 1.0.3.0 + CRACK, and inside that folder you’ll find another folder called GTA IV 1.0.3.0 Crack + Patch , and another folder inside that one with the same name (I don’t know why it downloads this way). Anyway, open the folders until you find a file called GTAIV_Patch_1030.exe. Install (run) this patch file.
7. After patch is installed, copy the three crack files located inside the Crack folder and paste them to the installation folder that GTA IV was installed (ex. C:\Program Files (x86)
ockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\ is my laptop’s directory for GTAIV). Click "Yes" or "OK" when asked to replace files with the crack files.
8. Next, go to the installation folder and right-click on the LaunchGTAIV.exe file (one of the just pasted crack files), NOT the GTAIV.exe file, and create a shortcut of it to your desktop.
9. When you want to play GTAIV, just click on the LaunchGTAIV.exe desktop shortcut.
There you go Folks, problems have been solved! If you experience any “camera shaking” during the game, its most likely that you started the game by clicking on the GTAIV.exe file, instead of the correct LaunchGTAIV.exe file (read above instructions!). BTW, if you want the very best and highest quality experience playing GTA IV, then you should have a very fast & powerful computer processor (Intel core i-series), with plenty of high-speed CPU RAM (8 GB), and a Display driver that has a minimum of 1024 Mb of “dedicated RAM”. Unfortunately, any PC or laptop with the Intel HD Graphics integrated GPU, no matter how powerful (and mine is powerful!) will be able to play GTA IV at its highest settings.
