1. Download and install Dragon Age 2 [RELOADED].
3. Install both DLC-th.
4. Copy the folder of manifest.xml The Black Emporium in installdir addins da2_prc_one, where installdir 
is the installation directory of the game.
5. Copy the folder of manifest.xml The Exiled Prince in installdir addins da2_prc_seb, where installdir is 
the installation directory of the game.
6. Play!

GUIDE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS: 1. Install the DLCs (Run as Administrators). 2. Copy the manifest.xml files to the DLCs folders in [DA2 folder]addins 3. Download Violander's file http://www.mediafire.com/?5bsm49ek91319go and extract the content. 4. Right click deda2drm.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Run This Program As An Administrator. 5. Run decrypt_dlc.bat (NOT AS ADMIN!). Two command prompts will shot up decrypting, give your admin approval when asked for it. Let them run (it'll take a few seconds total), then the final window shows up saying it's completed. 7. Resume your game, two new quests have been added to your journal under Premium Content. /A

Ok, here's what I did, step by step, which finally worked. 1. Install per the instructions by the original uploader. That is, install, then replace the manifest.xml files in the installed directory with the ones in the torrent. 2. Open the game. I don't know if this is necessary but I had it open at the time. 3. Right click on dedadrm.exe. Select properties. Go to the Compatibility tab. Check "Run as Administrator". Apply. 4. Run the decrypt_dlc Windows Batch File. Don't run the dedadrm.exe directly! 5. A window should show up and ask for permission to run file. Select yes. 6. Two black command windows should pop up (I believe one for each DLC). Then a final command windows should pop up and say "DRM removed", or something like that. 7. Now the quests can be played.

Deleted all my other posts, took me a while to figure out but here's how it goes.
Step 1: Download this torrent
Step 2: Create 2 folders in you Dragon Age 2.
addins/da2_prc_one (if you installed da2 you might already have the needed folders).
Step 3: Put the manifest file into that (that one is the example for black emproium) and then run the Black Emporium.exe that you downloaded and continue with the install normally.
That installs the DLC but does not have it unlucked in the game for reasons i cba to explain.
Step 4: Download the following file: http://www.mediafire.com/?5bsm49ek91319go and follow the instructions on there (which will be to edit the manifest file a bit and run the program).

i have have downloaded and installed it but i cant see the black emporium shall i start a new game because i can already see it at the downloadable content

AWESOME to mr. anonymous there for STEP4&5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It works like a charm! XD Now i can see Sebastian and the Black Emporium in-game! Time to wooo him >XP The Link for Violanders can also be found here: http://www.demonoid.ph/files/details/2575605/?load_bal=002859601340&show_files=&page=5#comments For the Violanders fix: Just download the "deda2drm.zip" in the list of files of the torrent (skipping the download for the DA2 game unless u havent actually install that yet) and follow the steps running slurpda2.exe, slurpdakeys.bat, deda2drm.exe, decrypt_dlc.bat (WITH STEPS 4&5!!: ...4. Right click deda2drm.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Run This Program As An Administrator. 5. Run decrypt_dlc.bat (NOT AS ADMIN!). Two command prompts will shot up decrypting, give your admin approval when asked for it.
