This is just an add on if there's trouble experienced beyond the point of cacheing. I have BitComet. If you're able to download the torrent file itself, if after you;ve followed the above info provided by BoobsMan, type %appdata% into run or in start search and hit enter, or open top Roaming folder. Find your torrent software folder; you should see some .bak files which you can view through Notepad (deselect 'always open with...'); you may also have an archive folder which should keep all attempted and succesful torrent file downloads. If it's on your drive it's downloadable...

"If you drive a car you are forced to buy insurance so if you hit someone you can pay the costs. Same idea with the health insurance mandate. If you don't buy health insurance you are going to get hurt or get sick at some point in the future and then you will show up at the emergency room and then all the people who have insurance pay higher premiums because they have to absorb your costs. It isn't that complex"
it's also another option for health coverage besides private insurance, which may (we'll see), at this point in it's provisions (it was not passed as law, only parts of its whole were mandated by court ruling), create competition in the market and as a result, lower premiums for the insured.

the "bill" did't go through, just in part, mandated. (I hear the term "bill" misused so often, on all levels of government reporting. Does anybody know what a Congressional Bill is without googling it? - even then you'll probably only find half the info - then again, does anybody know anything these days they haven't cooked up on the internet?)
If the Affordable Health Care Act was passed in full, as a bill, then we would not be forced into paying for it, we'll be taxed for it, that fee mandate was removed and replaced with the current tax mandate:

Yes TAXED. Like we're taxed for everything else, rubber tax, plastic tax, beverage tax, license tax, vehicle registration tax, some states have pregnancy tax and male related medication tax...complain about that.

I'm not trying to downplay anybody nor check credentials. i'll leave it up to you to drop your own bombs. I am simply checking those with hot mouths who try to run before they can crawl. You don't know what side I've taken, if I've taken a side at all, because you haven't asked. I may be mistaken, but what most people are conflicted with emotionally when approaching "obamacare" is the idea that you will have to pay for it, you are obliged and must pay a fine if you decide to remain uninsured. Truth is, that mandate was relinquished under court ruling to a tax. You will now be taxed if the Affordable Health Care Act takes effect as is, in part, today or tomorrow. These mandates will be changing often. Don't deter people from their share of information and confuse the truth with your off course banter. You're scared of what you don't understand...that's fine...we've seen a lot of that throughout history, but you're not powerless. Below are links to a couple of surprisingly indifferent NY Times articles on the Affordable Health Care Act I found in just a few minutes of internet searching; on the tax mandate and latest Supreme Court ruling (I reference NY Times because they're publicly and notoriously conservative as most of you seem to be aligned with more or less). Read these after you've read what the Affordable Health Care Act is under law posted by Cooch here http://www.healthcare.gov/law/full/ which some guy has liked but hasn't read.
