when adding message to torrents or what you do. whats the difference with notepad and nfo or dont it matter which you use

First, it doesn't matter what you use.
Secondly, .nfo file is the info file and is more like a technical extension which computer gnomes UNDERSTAND.
On the other hand, if you use NOTEPAD (.txt) file, the torrent downloaders will appreciate it anyway!
Text or nfo, nothing matters.
P.S.: Many people don't even download those superfluous files!

Notepad is a basic windows application. It can read a variety of text formats. Anyone can read a .txt file who has any text editor with any operating system.

NFO is a proprietary format with limited text formats and editing capacity. You must specifically have an NFO viewer in order to read the file. If you use this, most newbs and noobs will never know how to open it.

You just use notebook to open .NFO files.
