AZUREUS, more commonly known as VUZE, currently has a built in IPfilter on the latest version. Not 100% safe while using it and it by no means is a 100% safeguard against being spotted. It is, however, beneficial to use.

Just in case you guys are paranoid (I certainly am), the link I posted is for a website called ScanEye, which looks up your IP and gives you a list of the torrents you've downloaded that had their guys on the tracker. IT IS NOT A WEBSITE THAT STEALS DETAILS OR ANY OF THAT CRAP.
If you're stupid enough to download without PeerGuardian (like fireblade) then you shouldn't be downloading things like this anyway. And, as he said, they will still harvest your info. I also use PG.
