BATTLEFIELD 3 THE PROGRAM CAN START BECAUSE D3DCOMPILER_43.DLL IS MISSING FROM
YOUR COMPUTER TRY REINSTALLING THE PROGRAM TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.
After installing the update (directory is not important, but to make it easy on yourself you should install it to your game directory), it creates a folder named "Battlefield 3 update 4". Copy the contents of this folder and paste them into your Battlefield 3 game folder, replacing the files already there. Then copy the launcher from the crack folder and paste to replace the launcher in your Battlefield 3 folder.
